About our team
The scope of Group Marketing and Communication (GMC) entails the central marketing function in Atradius, which includes the group responsibility for marketing, for internal and external communication as well as for market intelligence and commercial development. Within GMC the marketing and communication function is organised into content and channel responsibilities. You will be part of the Channels team that provides the strategy for digital channel infrastructure for marketing and internal communications (e.g. websites, marketing automation, intranet, social media, video) and brand guidelines.

Are you a motivated individual seeking to move into a brand role and looking for an internship role in digital marketing and communications?
We have a new opportunity in our team for an aspiring digital marketing professional based in Cardiff (full-time or part-time). The role is for a period of up to 12 months (shorter period negotiable), and you’ll learn a range of digital marketing and project management skills, mainly focused on branding work. Our team also covers social media, websites, analytics, communications, and marketing automation on a group level, so there is plenty of opportunity for constant learning and development.
This is what you will be doing
Maintaining our online brand platform BrandHub, including
Maintaining and updating the current asset library on the platform (imagery, icons, templates etc)
Creating new portal pages where needed
Supporting with the redesign of this platform
Improving usability of the platform
Helping with the development of new imagery style
Supporting the Brand Marketing Manager with sourcing and downloading new imagery from the Getty photo library
Working with local marketing colleagues on requests for new imagery
Getting involved with other imagery initiatives such as possible internal photo shoots etc
Assisting with the creation of imagery guidelines for BrandHub
Supporting the development and roll-out of new collateral following a recent rebranding
Helping create guidelines to document new collateral style
Creating new branded templates in various platforms (such as video)
Supporting other Channel team members with the rollout, such as the Social Media Marketing Manager
Providing general brand support
Supporting with project work like the Brand Values initiative
Ongoing review and updating the branding on existing guidelines and documents
Provide back-up support for queries to our Brand Guardian function
What we are looking for
A motivated individual seeking to (re-)enter the field of brand communications & marketing and have some relevant work experience
You’re eager to learn about branding and digital marketing in a large multinational financial services company
You’re proficient in English (written and spoken)
You are digitally savvy
You like training and consulting people in your area of expertise
Ideally, you’ll have some experience with – or exposure to – branding, visual communications and marketing and digital asset management tooling You are a team player and self-organised, hands-on, eager and a hard worker, proud to deliver professional quality results
