Role and Responsibilities
- Brainstorming campaigns, content curation & analysing data.
- Distributing video content, managing posts and responding to followers.
- The ability to work independently, sourcing products to distribute to increase audience engagement.
- Knowledge of social media platforms; managing the companies Facebook account.
- Creating marketing material including newsletters, brochures, leaflets and posters.
- Developing social media campaigns.
- Selecting the content carefully ensuring that it will suit our audience.
- Proposing new ideas for social media content; for example, running competitions and making efforts to increase engagement.
- Introducing polls and other marketing tools through social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
- Increasing customer interaction on social media pages.
- Identifying new trends and opportunities for the brands growth.
- Implementing strategies for creating content that increases audience interaction and engagement.
- Administrative tasks retrieving information, processing data, uploading it onto the internal system.
- Housekeeping organising and stocking office stationery.
- Housekeeping - organising and stocking brochures.

As one of our learners, you’ll benefit from coaching, help and guidance from our dedicated team whose job it is to ensure your success. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Apprenticeship qualification.
