If you join us, you’ll be helping to improve the property industry for everyone by generating marketing engaged, high-quality leads, thus increasing the number of customers on Spectre and Street.co.uk; making agents more successful and moving home easier for everyone. This is a brand-new role at Street Group, where you'll be working alongside experts in copywriting, video, product marketing and strategy, continuously looking at ways we can optimise our sales funnel and improve conversion rates.

A bit about your experience... 

  • You’ll possess experience making technical SEO improvements to existing pages and SEO content to rank for organic search

  • You’ll have experience crafting PPC, display and paid social advertising campaigns

  • You can create downloadable and/or direct mail content, e.g. ebooks, guides, whitepapers, reports

  • Building and leveraging community based/user generated content and backlinks

  • Creating social media content strategies, particularly Linkedin

  • You’ve shared compelling content over webinars, events, podcasts

  • You know how to make the most out of content, by carving up into digestible pieces over a wide range of mediums - written, visual, video, audio.

  • You understand how the right pieces of content can help support leads through their decision making journey

  • You’ll be an expert Copywriter

Here’s what you can expect to be working on as a Demand Generation Manager at Street Group

  • Responsible for generating Marketing Engaged Leads which turn into high quality, high intent Marketing Qualified Leads and ultimately customers, from a wide range of content creation initiatives

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across website, external partners, social media, email, search and beyond

  • Create top of funnel content to engage our audience

  • Build a community of content collaborators across the property space

  • Reporting on demand generation performance

Salary

£35,000-£45,000 dependent on experience. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations, planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.
