Design & Marketing Role (Part Time)

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Marketing professional to join our organisation. In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement various marketing initiatives, create literature, and manage social media content. The position is twenty hours per week, in our Dunfermline office. We can be flexible on the working pattern.

Key objectives

· Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, product catalogues, and other literature.

· Collaborate with the senior management to design visually appealing and engaging materials that align with brand guidelines.

· Collaborate with our team to develop marketing strategies and plans.

· Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print, digital, and social media.

· Assist in coordinating and organizing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

· Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including tracking metrics and preparing regular progress reports.

· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, design, and social media.

Knowledge, skills and abilities

· Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field - or qualified by experience.

· Proven experience in a similar role.

· Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts.

· Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or similar tools.

· Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10,000.00-£12,500.00 per year
