We are looking for someone who is passionate about event management, digital communications, and traditional marketing with an interest and/or experience in the events/digital marketing/seo industry.
The right candidate will be creative, socially-native superstar who will manage all social channels, digital public relations, content creation and produce seo optimised website content. The candidate will be someone aspiring to become our Digital Marketing leader willing to be involved in handling all aspects of event planning enquiries.

We empower corporate event planners and travel management companies through our global DMC network, incorporating emerging, new, and innovative destinations.
Who We're Seeking
In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing our online content and social media strategy, elevating our brand's visibility, and cultivating engagement across diverse platforms. Your immediate role will be overseeing/project managing the website redesign liaising with the Senior Web Designer (Figma skilled) and web developer (CMS custom built and WordPress) - ready to launch early 2024. Your creative prowess in social media, coupled with a profound understanding of our mission and values, will be pivotal in curating exceptional customer experiences and propelling our brand to new heights.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage Uniqueworld’s social media strategy across various platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more.
- Engaging Content Creation: Craft engaging, multimedia content that captures the excitement of live events and premium luxury travel experiences.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of organic seo, local seo and social media campaigns, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep Uniqueworld at the forefront of social media innovation.
- Customer Engagement: Customer’s engagement and community building through social media interactions, responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback.
- Content Calendar Management: Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across all platforms.
- Creative Experimentation: Experiment with creative approaches to content, from storytelling to video production, to captivate our audience.
- Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage PPC and social media advertising campaigns, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to achieve desired results.
- Online Monitoring: Monitor online conversations and sentiment related to Uniqueworld, addressing any issues or opportunities as they arise.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Spearhead the development of a robust online sales strategy, while remaining open to exploring diverse approaches for generating new business leads within both the digital marketing and direct sales domains.
- Creative Visionary: We're looking for someone who can envision and execute captivating social media campaigns that resonate with our audience and showcase the essence of destinations for events.
- Results-Oriented: Your data-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies, is crucial for measuring and optimizing the impact of our social media endeavors.
- Passion for Luxury Traveler’s Engagement: A genuine passion for print, design, travel, and cultural events, and an understanding of print and luxury travel and hospitality, will be at the core of your content creation.
- Experience: Ideally, you possess at least two years of experience in a digital marketing or social media marketing role, preferably for a hotel or travel brand. However, if you have the listed skills with less experience, we encourage you to apply!
- Social Media Management: Proven experience in social media management, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content.
- Platform Proficiency: Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Tools Proficiency: Proficient in seo and social media management tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills to maintain a content calendar and meet deadlines.
- Passion: Passion for travel and/or events, with a background in SEO advantageous.
- Data-Driven: A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret analytics and apply insights for continuous improvement.
- Flexibility: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of video production and graphic design is a plus.
