The right person for this role will combine creativity, a flair for writing and marketing nous with data literacy and a "test and learn" approach to their work.
We're seeking a Digital PR and Content Manager with a unique blend of creativity, technical savvy, and communication skills. This role is central to our growth, focusing on content curation, link building, SEO management, and PR outreach. While this is not strictly an SEO role, the position will cover critical SEO elements, intertwining with broader digital PR strategies.
Content Curation/Editing: Spearhead the content refinement process. Utilize AI-generated content as a foundation, enhance its utility, and enrich it with additional information, focusing on our most popular pages.
Link Building Management: Oversee our link-building initiatives, including reclaiming lost links, establishing new ones, and managing outreach processes.
SEO Position Tracking & Experimentation: Handle our search engine position tracking and SEO tracking setup, conducting experiments to optimize click-through rates and other key performance indicators.
Content Creation & PR Outreach: Develop engaging content pieces for linkability, such as "The Most Overrated Tourist Attractions," and execute effective PR outreach campaigns.
Ideally, you check most of these boxes:
Business proficiency in english + comfortable editing writing in english (with the help of other tools if necessary)
Proven experience in digital PR, including how to outreach a campaign and land pieces within online publications.
Strong capabilities in content curation and editing, ensuring relevance and quality.
Experience in managing link-building strategies and SEO tracking.
Proficiency in PR outreach and campaign management.
Comfortable with leveraging technologies and products for PR and SEO enhancement.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
It's nice but not required that you have:
A strong understanding of at least one other major language we operate in (spanish, italian, french, portuguese, german and soon more).
Prior experience in travel or e-commerce industries.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with SEO management/tracking tools.
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
