Undertake virtual support with your allocated care providers to deliver the objectives of the project. This will require at least one virtual meeting each week for several weeks, and could be for several months for some providers Manage your own workload and prioritise effectively, seeking support from your Project Manager when you are unsure Undertake virtual online training provided to gain knowledge and understanding of what digital integration is for care providers, including training in the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT), other digital tools and the care sector in general Seek guidance from your Project Manager if you do not know the answer to any question and assure your care homes that you will get back to them with the answer as soon as you can Escalate immediately any identified concerns or issues from the care provider or about your work to the Project Manager Work in a supportive, empathetic and patient manner, with a no blame approach, in all your work, and particularly in all your communications with the care provider staff. Establish rapport with care provider staff, building a professional relationship of trust Record the support session and related activities in template/trackers provided and in a timely manner to inform the monitoring of the project Keep the care provider Locality Lead informed of your work with the care provider by updating them when required To provide project support for the delivery of digital maturity for care providers in North East London. Provide high quality project and administrative support Facilitate care provider compliance with the DSP toolkit in an agreed number of care homes across North East London Support care homes to have NHS.net in place and use the DSP toolkit in an agreed number of care homes across North East London Support delivery of digital solutions with care providers and focus on embedding NHS.Mail Undertake reporting and analysis of information The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.
