Salary: £24,300 - £30,600
Location: Cambridge, hybrid (2 days per working from the office are expected)

About The Role
This role will work alongside our Creative Marketing Design Manager to further enhance our in-house expertise in marketing design, for both digital and print communications. This is an exciting time to join a team that will be a big part of moving our brand forward.
As the successful Graphic Design Executive you will:
- Support design and production of visual content for marketing communications materials across both print and digital media from initial concept to final production
- Work with the Creative Marketing Design Manager to understand stakeholder needs and constraints to inform how best to present collateral and reflect OCR branding.
- Design visual content which maintains OCR's brand identity
- Work with Creative Marketing Design Manager to advise on brand design across marketing collateral and other assets
As our Graphic Designer, you will have experience of working in a similar role and be a creative self-starter with excellent organisational and project management skills to manage competing deadlines for different projects. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills. To be successful in our role, you will also need to be forward thinking with a keen awareness of current and emerging marketing design concepts, trends and best practices.
You will have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of video/audio editing and animation experience would be an advantage.
