OCR is about to start on a journey to transform its brand and is looking for a talented and enthusiastic graphic designer who is passionate about creating innovative approaches to enhance our marketing and customer support materials.

About The Role

This role will work alongside our Creative Marketing Design Manager to further enhance our in-house expertise in marketing design, for both digital and print communications. This is an exciting time to join a team that will be a big part of moving our brand forward.

As the successful Graphic Design Executive you will:

  • Support design and production of visual content for marketing communications materials across both print and digital media from initial concept to final production
  • Work with the Creative Marketing Design Manager to understand stakeholder needs and constraints to inform how best to present collateral and reflect OCR branding.
  • Design visual content which maintains OCR's brand identity
  • Work with Creative Marketing Design Manager to advise on brand design across marketing collateral and other assets

About You

As our Graphic Designer, you will have experience of working in a similar role and be a creative self-starter with excellent organisational and project management skills to manage competing deadlines for different projects. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills. To be successful in our role, you will also need to be forward thinking with a keen awareness of current and emerging marketing design concepts, trends and best practices.

You will have a strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of video/audio editing and animation experience would be an advantage.
