About the Job

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience in developing and managing marketing budgets
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software

Salary: £35,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
