About the Job

rketing Manager (PR and Events) to join our dynamic marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing initiatives that showcase our company’s ground-breaking hydraulic systems, establish thought leadership, create content, and enhance brand visibility across various media and events platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Execute innovative press and media strategies to effectively communicate our company’s technological advancements, product launches, and industry leadership to targeted audiences.

Build and nurture trusted relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers to secure media coverage and feature opportunities in relevant publications, both digital and print.

Create compelling content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, videos, and social media content, to support marketing, PR, and event campaigns that convey complex technical information in an easily understandable manner to different audiences.

Take ownership of our social media activities to ensure on time delivery of activities in line with our core messaging and marketing activity plans.

Plan and coordinate corporate events, trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our hydraulic systems, enhance customer engagement, and generate leads.

Respectfully collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and sales, to gather accurate and up-to-date information for social media, blogs, press materials, video, and event content.

Monitor media coverage, track industry trends, and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for strategic positioning and differentiation.

Manage media inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring consistent messaging and brand reputation management.

Measure the effectiveness of press and events campaigns through quantitative and qualitative analysis to ensure high performance and provide regular reports to the marketing leadership team.

Seek support and be open to viewpoints and ideas to stay informed about the latest developments in high-tech engineering, hydraulic systems, and related industries to contribute innovative ideas and insights to the marketing strategy.

Essential Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in press relations, marketing, or event planning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content (written and video).

Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful events, from concept to completion.

Proficiency in using marketing, PR, and event management tools, software, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast paced environments.

Team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to upholding the company’s brand reputation.

Flexibility to travel as required for events and media engagements.

Connections and familiarity with relevant industry publications.

Proven experience within the high-tech engineering, automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors.

Working knowledge of HubSpot.
