About the Job
We are seeking a creative and strategic individual to lead our Marketing & PR activities, including content creation and social media presence; sharing and telling our great stories. We are excited to recruit for this new position and feel that it has a lot of potential for the right person!
Your role will be to raise the agency's profile across all forms of media. We need someone who is strategic, creative, a real go-getter with a solid understanding of brand guardianship.
You’ll be responsible for managing all Marketing and PR activities. This will include, creating marketing collateral, maximizing PR opportunities, event management, drafting award submissions, overseeing content for social media, and maintaining brand consistency. You will work closely with the Directors and will actively encourage staff to contribute to social media content. You will have a lot to talk about and share, you'll showcase our work, initiatives, awards, as well as our people.
You will need strong experience gained from a mid-level marketing role, ideally within a creative agency or working with global brands. You'll need the ability to work independently and have proven experience in developing successful content and social media strategies, with examples of strong and inspirational content generation. Excellent copywriting skills are essential for this role.
Our studio is based in Clerkenwell, one of London’s most exciting creative districts and we offer hybrid working to provide a balance of collaborative time in the studio and remote working. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
