Where we are today

We’re 6 years into business at Jiminny and still without a marketing leader that fills us with confidence everyday that they know how to market this business. We’re in a competitive environment, that's not the tough bit. The tough bit is that we’re the David to a whole market of Goliaths. That comes with its challenges, but hey, we thrive on that. We don’t have a marketing leader, but we do have a small, passionate, talented team. They’ve achieved some great stuff this year, from increasing ACV, doubling pipe contribution, increasing social following and being recognised weekly for being awesome at how we market. However, they need a leader to bring them together, develop them, lead by example and hit our targets!

About you
  • You’ll have experience working with a small, talented team to deliver great results
  • Creating demand through awareness campaigns is your bread and butter 
  • You have that amazing skill which balances leading the team with getting stuck in and getting shit done 
  • We work with Hubspot and you’ll love that, we’ve no time for changing right now 
  • You’re not one for showcasing metrics unless they make a difference to creating pipeline
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Designing a plan that you have confidence will deliver the pipeline targets 
  • Communicating and changing that plan quickly if it's proving not to work 
  • Making sure our messaging is on point and delivering an experience reflective of the Jiminny brand 
  • Report on progress to exec team and board of directors 
  • Developing a culture of learning Work with other leaders to ensure alignment with Jiminny’s goals
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation 
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership  
  • Track record of success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS marketing 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
