Marketing Executive - Drighlington

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Executive with a minimum of two years' experience, who is not only adept in traditional marketing competencies but also boasts proficiency in digital marketing with a particular emphasis on Google PPC campaigns. The successful candidate should demonstrate flexibility, a willingness to take on multiple roles within the company, and substantial experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Manage the creation of all marketing materials, including design work using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop, implement, and manage our PPC campaigns on Google to maximize ROI.
• Create engaging written and graphic content for marketing channels.
• Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance marketing strategies and company growth.
• Offer support to other departments and assist with various tasks as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, focusing on continuous improvement in digital marketing techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role with a substantial digital marketing component.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and other PPC platforms, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and inform decisions.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the readiness to assist cross-functionally within the business.
