Marketing Executive - Aberdeen

Valor Group (Valor) is looking for a Marketing Executive to join the business in this newly created role. You will report into the Group Marketing Manager and work closely with senior stakeholders and sales teams of the wider group.

As an integral part of the Valor Group marketing function, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the marketing strategies of a growing and thriving business in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the oil and gas market.

Due to the nature of the role this is office based at Valor HQ in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen.

About you

You will be someone who can proactively promote Valor Energy Group’s portfolio of companies, products and services by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking front end sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; maintaining databases; preparing reports; developing and preparing website and social media content; managing social media channels; creating designs and images for social media.

A natural people person with the ability to build strong relationships, both with internal and external partners. You will need to think creatively and be able to put these creative ideas into place using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

We are looking for someone who has experience or strong understanding of the energy sector and who will enjoy creating content to promote the brand. The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude and a growth mindset. N graduate applications welcome.
