We have multiple project requiring digital project management from large scale change transformations to infrastructure roll-outs. One of our biggest involves taking our Oracle Fusion-based Enterprise Management System to the next level – extending its reach and realising its full potential. With your transferable skills you will manage broad teams to lead its definition, coordination, direction and successful delivery.

Who we need

We are looking for experienced digital project managers who have managed and delivered change. You will be experienced in digital delivery (for the Oracle project, you’ll need direct experience in Oracle Fusion EMSs) or in another digital discipline for our numerous opportunities.

For all of our projects, the ability to lead multiple projects, develop business cases and motivate teams is vital. We have a fascinatingly diverse range of stakeholders here, so you’ll also need to be comfortable influencing and communicating to deliver outstanding results.

You will pro-actively support safe working practices, appreciating the need for colleague welfare is the top priority for Dstl. You will take responsibility for working safely and report on any practices, no matter how big or small, to mitigate any potential risks.

Essential Experience

• Project Manager 2, 3 & 4: APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ) Or equivalent demonstrable experience of leading the delivery of Digital Projects/Programmes;
• Contract Management Capability Programme (CMCP) – Foundation (CMCP) (or achieved within first three months);

Desirable experience:

• APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ);
• APM Registered Project Professional;
• ITIL
