UK Sales and Marketing Manager - Diagnostic Imaging
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus £20,000 Bonus and £1,000 Car Allowance
Job Purpose:
Oversee the daily operations of the Sales and Marketing team.
Develop sales and marketing strategies for the UK&I
Ensuring achievement of sales budgets, and aligning marketing activities with company objectives.
Assist and deputise for the Country Manager when required.Main Responsibilities:
Achieve the sales budget in the UK&I
Maintain and grow the company's sales pipeline, forecasting revenue.
Oversee sales of company products and services.
Develop and execute marketing and sales plans.
Implement and maintain effective sales strategies.
Conduct market research - evaluate opportunities, identify partners, and negotiate contracts.
Lead the Sales and Marketing function, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Interface with subject matter experts and key opinion leaders.Critical Skills:
3+ years of proven experience in Marketing.
Strong track record in Sales and Marketing of Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices in the UK&I.
Demonstrated experience in managing, motivating and incentivising Sales and Marketing teams.
A proven track record of achievements in medical sales & marketing
Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills.
