About The Role

We are seeking a senior digital performance executive to join our agency team dedicated to a top technology client.

They will be joining a new performance team, responsible for surfacing insights to better drive results across all digital activity in the EU & MERT markets. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world’s most exciting brands and have a key role in delivering best in class digital strategy & insight.

The right candidate will have good knowledge in one or more digital channels, with a keen eye for detail, being able to find a story from any complex data source. You will be responsible for carving out the insights that drive measurable improvements to digital campaigns. When in the role the candidate will develop a strong knowledge across all digital channels, and aid in the implementation of new strategies to better performance.

This is a fast-paced environment, working and connecting with some of the industry’s best marketing and advertising professionals all around the world. This position reports to the Group Account Director of Performance, working closely with the comms and media teams in London, Los Angeles, and local EU and MERT markets. You will be regularly sharing best practice and collaborating with US colleagues. The role will also be deeply connected to the wider OMD EMEA Digital Channel teams.

Responsibilities:

Digital campaign analysis: Analyse detailed excel raw data, pivots & dashboards to produce world class insight on campaign performance. Find individual platform details as well as an overarching campaign set of highlights that are pertinent to all digital media.

Bring together teams and lead insight sessions: Package together findings into documents and presentations that are used to educate channel and planning teams on how a campaign performed. Lead insight sessions and PCA kick offs with other members of the performance team, to present these learnings and spark debate between all teams.

Influence how data is surfaced: Work closely with marketing science teams to help them improve the way raw data can be delivered to allow for easier analysis.

Performance campaign support: Work with the wider performance team and support with surfacing inflight optimisations. This area will grow, giving the opportunity to speak directly with channel teams to learn more about their platforms and what optimisation techniques are available.

About You

  • Advanced use of excel and pivot tables a must, used regularly in previous roles.
  • A curious learner, with great attention to detail, who works with diligence.
  • Comfortable working with granular data at speed.
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms and their basic limitations, either through direct executional work or indirectly through a role that involved working in conjunction with digital channels.
  • History of collaboration across multiple teams (data, planning or execution teams).
  • Ability to translate large amounts of data across multiple variants into a story full of tangible insights.
  • A creative problem solver who can think ‘outside the box’ to find solutions.
