Senior Manager, Global Campaign Marketing - London
About the Job
We're looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a critical role in managing our marketing strategy and execution, globally. . This role combines inbound marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and marketing automation.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, team player who will plan and supervise execution of marketing programs mapped to each stage of the buyer's journey including but not limited to emails, paid digital advertising (Paid Search, Paid Social), webinars, sponsored content, , content production, PR strategies, and global , events.
This individual will Lead the optimization marketing campaigns and track lead interactions across marketing channels. This role will work in partnership with the sales team, service line leadership & brand team to develop strategies that drive leads, awareness and engagement that turn into opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
Document event leads/contacts into CRM system.
Plan and implement marketing strategies.
Develop and execute on approved marketing plan initiatives including direct mailing campaigns, and advertisements in technical periodicals in line with ProPharma brand standards.
Create compelling marketing campaigns across digital channels
Manage budget when applicable
Lead development of individual regional marketing plans for each service line, including but not limited to market research, target list identification, and competitive analysis.
Research and identify new opportunities for sponsorships, advertising, peer reviewed publications, webinar participation, etc. and share with team.
Lead the efforts in gathering, editing, and publishing blogs with review and approval by managers, marketing team, etc.
Evaluate ROI and additional KPIs for assigned responsibilities within the marketing team.
Manage relationships with current external vendors (marketing agencies/CRM support agency/promo item vendors/etc.).
Assist with developing, proof-reading, drafting, and executing various written assets, such as advertisements in technical publications, brochures and other sales materials, case studies, emails, newsletters, web page content, presentations, etc.
Maintain and update proposal templates.
Track business development (BD) requests for marketing support and present to global marketing meetings.
Help organize any ProPharma hosted events (symposium/local events/etc.).
Assist with various marketing reports for the business.
Assist in developing sales presentations aligned with ProPharma brand standards.
Establish communication and flow of leads from Marketing to Sales via proper channels (BD Inside Sales or BD Field Sales, etc.).
Collaborate with other team members to execute upon the annual and quarterly client survey process.
Drive creation, launch, and continuous optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels to create and capture demand among our target audience
Build a email marketing database and manage and execute email campaigns
Manage dedicated budget and metrics for integrated campaigns
Develop strategies for testing, optimizing, and scaling the successful programs
Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to effectively measure the buyer's journey, and the impact of campaigns on revenue goals
Role Requirements:
Comprehensive understanding of written marketing materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM, PowerPoint, Excel).
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
Ability to participate in team environment
Strong organizational skills.
Significant experience of demand generation/lead generation/marketing program management experience
Experience with Marketing Automation Software ( HubSpot (a big plus), Marketo, Pardot)
Salesforce experience
Extensive experience in lead focused campaign optimization: website, landing page, email, ppc, social, content
Life Sciences or Contract Research Organization Experience a plus
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
A team player and self-starter that thrives in fast-past environments, taking initiative without direction, and making data-driven decisions that move the needle for revenue growth
