This individual will serve as a Senior Specialist, Marketing Communications/Channels and will support the identification, design, execution, oversight, and optimization of the US Healthcare Professional (HCP) digital campaigns and Medical Education programs that support the strategic imperatives for our company's Oncology products. Occasional support across other business areas Health Care Consumer (HCC) where the need persists.
Lead the development of digital medical education assets, such as off-the-shelf resources, drivers, emails, display units and banner ads, alerts, and video.
Support the development of HCP digital promotion assets including, but not limited to the following; emails, display units and banner ads, alerts, web content, video, media/paid search content optimization, iPad resources, social media, disease awareness assets & digital congress promotion assets
Serve as a core participant in shaping the key strategic objectives for Medical Education initiatives pull through for US Oncology.
Leads the direction and agency alignment on creation and facilitation of digital assets through the medical review process.
Knowing the business: behavioral, and communications objectives and prioritizing the development of assets using digital knowledge, including customer experience best practices and targeting.
Knowing the customer: a deep understanding of customer segments, needs, channel preferences and profitability/ life-time value.
Working in an agile mindset (addressing ambiguity, working comfortably outside of existing processes or structures, establishing networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment, testing and learning to drive a culture of innovation, focusing on the customer experience, committing to applying agile values and principles).
Working collaboratively with multiple internal teams including Marketing, Integrated Customer Engagement (ICE), Market Research, Analytics, and Operations.
Managing the day-to-day interactions with the agency partner(s) and other outsourced vendors; leading the creation and monitoring of agency digital scopes of work (SOW) and participating in the bi-annual agency evaluation process.
Implementing Safety Label Updates (SLUs) on promotional assets and ensuring compliance with Subpart E regulations, when applicable.

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
What You'll Need:
Required Experience & Skills:
4+ years experience in marketing, marketing support, or a combination of relevant experience
Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing experience
Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous space, shifting from the tactical to the strategic
Capacity to effectively collaborate and drive change while focusing on the co-design, co-creation, and execution phases of creative and content development.
Intermediate digital acumen and understanding of criteria for effective digital content.
Intermediate knowledge/experience in healthcare marketing and/or promotion
Strong knowledge of marketing principles
Constituency management across hierarchical lines
Strong business communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Agency management skills
Organized, highly motivated, process-driven, results-oriented personality.
Ability to re-balance priorities and assume responsibility in a multi-tasking environment.
Exposure of how to maximize digital channels and experience using data & insights.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Knowledge/ experience with the US Oncology marketplace
Product launch or launch planning experience.
Experience working in an agile environment or scrum framework.
Market research experience
Knowledge of our company's commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies
Experience in the company end-to-end medical/ legal review and delivery process
