The role:
As Marketing Administrator, you will provide support and administration to the central marketing team based at our Head Office in Basingstoke.
Key duties:
- Scheduling of social media posts across company social media channels.
- Social media replies and community management.
- Monthly reporting on social media activity.
- Monthly competitor review.
- Management and ownership of marketing asset tool Asset Bank.
- Co-ordination for UK/RoW marketing events and associated admin.
- Supporting the Global webinar schedule
- Managing promotional giveaway stock and Uk/RoW printing requirements.
- Taking minutes and actions at team meetings.
What are we looking for?
As Marketing Administrator, you will have the following:
Key skills:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Previous administration experience
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with internal and external stakeholders and end users.
- Flexible working attitude
- Able to multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a small team.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media scheduling (experience with Hootsuite is desirable)
- Experience managing Meta business suite (highly desirable).
