    As a business we have a strong client and user base and the business is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to identify and fully exploit the partnership marketing opportunities with the businesses current and potential partners. As a partner marketing manager you will be responsible for planning and managing marketing-initiated partnership activities within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines with our associated partners. You will work with partners to grow joint marketing initiatives and plans based on current market trends and competitors. You will work on potential joint partner initiatives to ensure longer term business development. 

    Partner Marketing Manager Responsibilities

    • Partnership Marketing campaigns - Create and manage campaigns to build brand awareness, generate sales leads and ultimately commercial value to the business 
    • Data analysis - evaluate the success of marketing campaigns based on their performance in terms of reach, frequency, and response rates
    • Customer retention - develop strategies to increase customer retention through upselling, cross-selling, and creating relationship plans
    • Strategic partnership - develop and implement strategic partnerships with other companies to promote products and services
    • Internal stakeholders - work with internal departments to develop new products or services in response to customer demand
    • Market research - conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in specific industries or markets
    • Data analysis - analyse partnership marketing data from websites, social media platforms, and mobile applications to identify opportunities for improving marketing initiatives
    • Manage partnerships from scoping to closing of deals 
    • Manage digital partnership marketing via the use of social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest

    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience within Partner Marketing or in a similar field in marketing
    • Strong understanding of the Partnership Marketing space or challenges it faces as change is constant 
    • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and digital technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
    • In-depth knowledge of relevant CRM software and Content Management Systems
    • Familiarity and understanding of digital channels 
    • Understanding of digital channels and how these might change over time
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Team management skills
    • Likely a BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field
    • Strong data analysis experience to review data performance 
    • Attention to detail 
    • Strong leadership skills in order to improve internal focus and commitment to projects
