In using our services either by purchasing, signing up for or using our free services you are entering into a legally binding agreement. Our Job Services allow your job postings to be displayed to users of our platform across a range of user touch points including but not limited to email, social media, and any other applications.
Agreement:
These Jobs terms and conditions are used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookie Policy & Refund Policy. The Jobs Terms and Conditions relate to job posting services. If there are any additional terms and conditions that are applicable to your usage these will be displayed to you at the point of use of these services.
In the event you are using our Jobs Services for a business or third party that you represent, you do so and bind the business or third party to these Jobs Terms and Conditions. Agreeing to these terms and conditions is thus considered their agreement to the conditions. In these terms and conditions “you”, “you” and “party” will refer to any business or third party you represent.
Job services:
You are responsible for job postings and all related content in your job postings. In purchasing premium job postings you agree that we are able to contact your business in order to verify your status a role in job posting on behalf of the business. In the event that you change roles and are no longer employed by your current employer we reserve the right to remove your access to the site under the same login information. Relating to job postings we reserve the right to remove the posting should you:
- Create job postings without a reasonable intent to hire
- Create postings that intentionally misrepresent the job or company
- Create posting that require payments from candidates or any other practice that may resemble a franchise or any other paid for membership
- Spam our candidate database for purposes other than related to the specific job opportunity
- Create job adverts or partake in employment practices that would be a violation of law in the customers country
- Soliciting by intentional misrepresentation
- Engage in practices that violate applicable employment laws or regulations such as but not limited to discrimination
- Create postings that contain malware, spyware or any other malicious code or otherwise interfere or plan to interfere with the working of The Hidden Markets job advertising services, or any other device or system or breach or method to circumvent any other security measure of The Hidden Market or third party.
- Engage illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Harass or stalk any applicant when they have asked not to be considered
- We reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation should their be a breach to any of the above conditions or associated conditions.
As part of our Job Services you must not resell or share access to our services to any third party. Each job post is for 1 job opportunity and must not be posted for more than one opportunity.
Fees and associated conditions:
Payment due for Job Posting Services will be communicated to you at the point of sale either via the website or via another means of communication such as email. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice and access to premium paid for job posting services is only granted once payment is received. It is your responsibility for usage of any purchase credit(s) where credit(s) refers to any job posting allowance purchased. All credit(s) must be used in the time period specified at purchase. All payments paid are non-refundable. In addition all credits are non-transferable and must be used within the time period specified at purchase.
Intellectual property rights and privacy:
In using our service you grant The Hidden Market the right to use you, modify, copy and distribute your job postings in a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free manner with sublicense and transferable license use. In using our Jobs Services you agree to grant the relevant permissions and confirm your rights to use the intellectual property.
Indemnity in relation to Job Services:
You agree that The Hidden Market and any affiliate partners are not liable for any associated damages, losts and or costs including but not limited to legal fees related to third party claims or proceedings, arising from or in connection with with your job postings, use of TheHiddenMarket.com or wider job services or any candidate hiring and or employment decisions and any breach of these job terms and conditions.

As a members community we reserve the right to restrict access to the website for any user including candidates and clients or any other type of user should we view the users membership to the site not to be inline with our community and membership base.
Misc:
The Hidden Market reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and notify you of any changes by notice in the Job Services, email, text, or mail. Any update to terms will not be retroactive and as such should you not agree to these changes in terms and conditions you should stop using the Job Services.
