How we work
Your Profile Your base of intelligent AI driven matches
Your private profile is how the platform understands you, your preferences and how all matching starts. Update Profile
Your private profile is only searchable by us & we match you to roles. When your apply to roles or if you choose to share your profile it will not be private to the roles you apply to or the people you share it with!
When you create or update your profile, the system continuously uses that information to assess alignment against live opportunities. Changes to your profile immediately affect future matching — there is no need to reapply or resubmit. The platform works best when your profile reflects your current skills, experience, and preferences.
Your Shareable Profile allows you to generate a controlled version of your profile when needed to share with anyone & save time. You can include video on it too! More info below. Share profile
You decide what is shared, who sees it, and when it can be withdrawn.
Your Video Pitch Get your personality in front of brands & get hired
Our platform helps you get in front of brands & communicate your experience with video.
Simply record a short video intro & add it to your profile. Clients can see it when you apply to roles or you can use it with third parties if you share your shareable profile externally with recruiters or companies.
