Reverse Recruitment is where we work for you as the candidate & run your job search or elements of your job search: searching for jobs, applications, market mapping, prospecting and any admin related work such as CV & LinkedIn reviews & enhancements.
What types of roles and seniority do you support?
We can support any level but typically this is suited to mid to senior roles. The qualification is less about seniority but more about working with a candidate that has a clear ideal of the jobs that they are looking for and have clear demonstrable experience in these areas.
Why use this service? Should I not just do it myself?
Certainly, this is a service, but looking for a job is a full time job & we're able to systemise the process in a way that allows you to focus on high value added work such as your current job, or if you are unemployed you do not need to get bogged down in the detail or repetitive admin work.
What does it include?
Our services are distinct but our plans are bespoke depending on person as each individuals situations & needs are different: as different disciplines, markets or levels require different approaches.
Generally our services include 1) market mapping: finding all relevant businesses or contacts that suit your requirements & needs 2) finding contact information & managing outreach 3) monitoring live jobs 4) managing applications on your behalf.
We have a range of packages with service levels & we work with both employed & unemployed people, so our service level depends on ones requirements. Depending on the professionals we're working with some will manage parts of the process and some prefer us to manage it all.
How do I know that the work has been completed?
We track all work & keep the receipts which are shared in bespoke trackers which you have access to.
How long does it take to get results?
Results are immediate. Job search is a process which takes a lot of activity over a sustained period of time. As soon as we start working together we will have submitted you to active open roles at businesses or more speculatively to businesses that might suit your profile.
With regards to hearing back from businesses this can be immediate or it can take sometime. Most people's job search takes 1-6 months and for senior roles this can take 3-12 months and can take up to 18 months for senior roles.

We work with both employed & unemployed people. One of the biggest issues for candidates is leaving it too late to find a role & not managing a structured job search.
Our recommendation is for candidates to work with us whilst employed 6-12 months before their desired move date & treat the process like moving house.
