Reports to: Director of Product Development

Job Description:
- The UX Manager will be responsible for leading the user experience design process for our software and products.
- The UX Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to understand user needs, develop user personas, and create wireframes and prototypes.
- The UX Manager will be responsible for conducting user research and testing, and using data and feedback to inform design decisions.
- The UX Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all designs meet usability and accessibility standards and that the user experience is consistent across all platforms and devices.
- The UX Manager will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, technology, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on software and product development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working in an agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research and testing.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A portfolio of relevant design work is required.
