Job Description:
This role drives revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle for a digital sales platform. You'll prospect, negotiate, and close deals with revenue leaders at B2B SaaS companies. As a founding AE, you'll build your pipeline and influence GTM strategy in a fast-paced, high-agency startup environment, transforming how sales is done.

What you will do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to deal closure.
- Evangelize the platform and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate to shape market understanding and inform product strategy.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of quota-carrying AE experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS startups.
- Proven track record of over-achieving quota, closing complex deals >£40k ACV.
- Natural executor of structured sales processes (e.g., MEDDICC) with a high-agency mindset.
