Job Description

Are you a creative thinker obsessed with the future of visual storytelling? Do you live at the intersection of fashion, design, and generative AI? We’re looking for a freelance AI Creative Assistant to help us push the boundaries of how ASOS creates and communicates visually.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our Head of Digital Creation, shaping how generative AI is used across design, studio photography, and marketing. You’ll be part of a small, experimental team exploring how emerging tools can elevate everything from campaign ideation to digital styling.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating AI-enhanced imagery, social teasers, and visual concepts that challenge convention and excite our audience.
  • Supporting pre-visualisation for campaigns, styling digital models, and crafting experimental content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  • Collaborating on concept development, helping bridge imagination and execution from idea to post-ready content.
  • Exploring new workflows and tools to help us stay ahead of the curve in digital creativity.

This is a freelance role, working 2–3 days a week, with at least one from our GLH Head Office. We offer a competitive day rate and are looking for someone available to start soon.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong creative background in fashion, design, motion, or visual arts.
  • Confident use of generative AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, or similar.
  • A curious, experimental mindset - someone who’s always testing new tools and pushing creative boundaries.
  • Interest in or experience with automation, upscaling, and generative workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, iterate quickly, and deliver polished visual outputs.
