Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: • Assist in executing sales enablement initiatives in alignment with sales objectives. • Participate in the development and delivery of sales training programs, with a focus on content support. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and support. • Contribute to the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes. • Support specific aspects of sales enablement initiatives. • Participate in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales enablement programs. • Participate in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience • Proven experience in sales and sales enablement • Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plus
