Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Band 5 Locum Audiologist to join the audiology team in Cumbria. This role involves providing general adult audiology services, including assessments, fittings, and follow-up care, within a supportive and well-equipped hospital environment.
The successful candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality audiology care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an audiologist seeking a full-time locum position in a friendly and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Conduct adult audiology assessments and diagnostics.
• Perform hearing aid fittings, reassessments, and repairs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with ENT and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Adhere to professional and service standards at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
• Registration with RCCP or HCPC.
• UK clinical experience in adult audiology services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
