The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Hampstead. This role is essential in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and support to our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will manage and maintain accurate patient records. You will provide medication counselling and support to patients. You will assist in the management of pharmaceutical stock and supplies. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience/Knowledge:
    • NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or Qualified Pharmacy Technician with relevant certification.
    • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a pharmacy technician.
    • Experience in homecare pharmacy services.
    • Proven experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Skills/Abilities:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
    • Good organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
