We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietitian to join our client’s team in London. If you are passionate about improving patient health outcomes and have a strong background in clinical nutrition, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will assess and manage the nutritional needs of patients with acute and chronic conditions. You will develop and implement individualized nutrition plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans as necessary. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide dietary education to patients and their families, ensuring they understand and adhere to their nutrition plans. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate patient records and staying updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical nutrition. Your expertise will be crucial in improving patient health outcomes and supporting their recovery.
