Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage a diverse clinical caseload, providing tailored nutritional care to pregnant women diagnosed with gestational diabetes. You will conduct detailed dietary assessments, develop personalised meal plans, and offer ongoing support to optimise blood glucose control. Your role will involve collaborating closely with obstetricians, diabetes nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, you will deliver educational sessions to patients and staff, participate in audit and research activities, and contribute to the training and supervision of dietetic students and junior staff.

- BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent. • HCPC registration as a Dietitian. • Significant experience in managing gestational diabetes. • Strong understanding of nutritional care for pregnant women. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. • Commitment to continuous professional development.
