We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our team at Barts NHS Trust. This role involves providing specialized neuro rehabilitation services to patients. If you have a strong background in neuro rehabilitation and are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply.
What will your responsibilities be:
As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive neuro rehabilitation services. Your duties will include conducting detailed assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, provide education and support to patients and their families, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our neuro rehabilitation services. You will also be involved in discharge planning and liaising with community services to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration
- Previous experience in neuro rehabilitation
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in neurological conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to manage a varied caseload
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using neuro rehabilitation assessment tools and techniques
