Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will independently assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, and respiratory issues. You will develop personalised treatment plans, incorporating exercises, manual therapy, and education to optimise patient outcomes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additionally, you will participate in audit and research activities, contribute to the training and supervision of junior staff, and promote health and well-being through patient education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Inpatient experience in A&E
- Significant experience in managing a diverse clinical caseload.
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
