The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure that the company's social media presence is as effective as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that builds the company's brand and drives online traffic and revenue
  • Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and more
  • Create engaging and shareable content, such as text, images, and videos, that aligns with the company's brand and messaging
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with customers and industry influencers
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, and use data to make recommendations for optimization and improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement these in the company's social media strategy
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as design and content, to create cohesive and effective campaigns
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and ROI to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more
  • Experience with content creation, community management, and social media advertising
  • Strong understanding of website analytics and metrics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
