Responsibilities
- Daily undertake administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support the marketing executives & manager in organising marketing projects and initiatives
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer or client rating reports and questionnaires
- Use marketing analytics and data techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.) that will inform business decisions
- Update relevant marketing spreadsheets, databases with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in the organising of marketing events: promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Help to prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Write marketing content: brochures, press releases etc in order to display the company’s presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Requirements and skills
- Ideally some experience in business and or marketing with a good understanding of marketing principles
- Good understanding of office management
- Demonstrable ability to adhere to a number of tight deadlines and manage multiple workloads
- Strong organisational skills
- Customer or client oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications such as CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.
