  • Budget management and report on the marketing spend

  • Strategy; understand the overall business and marketing strategy and create a marketing plan for your division 
  • Team Management: lead, manage and motivate the marketing team  
  • Sales Support: create content and collateral to help the sales team convert more prospects
  • Campaign Management: target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and convert them into leads. Campaigns can include ABM, paid social, webinars, email marketing, and direct mail.
  • Content Marketing; create a variety of content - thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, webinars and video.
  • Digital channel management: ensure that all content is optimised for SEO, and our presence is expanded across our social - LinkedIn & Twitter. Run PPC or other paid activity where required 
  • Technical: work with CRM and Marketing Automation tools to ensure sales and marketing are working in unison
  • Marketing Analysis: analyse and report on website traffic, marketing qualified leads, conversions, attribution, and pipeline growth.

  • Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager from a relevant industry
  • Experience in creating marketing plans that build awareness and drive leads
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels
  • Good experience in working with sales teams
  • Budget management experience
  • Ideally degree educated

  • Work with the marketing team and associated external agency partners on marketing campaign execution 
  • Alongside other marketing leaders and relevant business leaders, plan and produce marketing plans and strategies to support mid to longer-term growth
  • Support the business with research into trends and propositional development to ensure deliver long term growth and market competitiveness: researching to identify target customers for a product or service and then develop the pricing strategy that will induce them to purchase the product or service
